Overview:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Tote bags with clear signs of usage and dirt are not refunded.
Special editions are non-refundable and do not follow the usual guidelines of the refund and returns policy.
After the 30 days of purchase, the customer will not be refunded and cannot ask for an exchange.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and photographic evidences are attached to the email. If you need to exchange it for the same item or some other, send us an email at loja@umbigomagazine.com.

a) The processing and sending of the order will only take place after the payment has been made and confirmed the total payment (selected articles + shipping); for Portugal the shipping is free;
b) The time of delivery of the order after reception/confirmation of payment varies according to the delivery times of CTT [Portuguese mail company];
c) For customers outside Portugal, the cost of the items is increased by the cost of shipping, which is the responsibility of the person who makes the purchase and is based on the prices fixed in the international tables of CTT;
d) O envio da encomenda processa-se via CTT [Portuguese mail company];
e) The Umbigo Edições, Lda. is not responsible for the loss, by CTT [Portuguese mail company], of the articles sent; in the case of prior contact, another form of transportation may be considered, and the costs are the responsibility of the customer;
f) Residents abroad can only receive orders if they agree with the value of the shipping costs to other countries rated by CTT [Portuguese mail company];
g) Returns will take place in case of proven defect of the article, when duly justified and made within the legal deadline provided for returns;
h) In the event of a return, Umbigo Edições, Lda. will refund the amount paid for all articles;
i) If the order exceeds 2 kg, it may be necessary to distribute the purchased items for more than one order. The reason for this situation is that CTT [Portuguese mail company] only accept weights up to 2 kg in this modality, and if there are orders with more than the said weight, the shipments would have to be made by carrier with very high prices for the customer;
j) Payment will be accepted via Bank Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UPI), PayPal, bank transfer and MB WAY / MULTIBANCO References (only in Portugal);
l) By choosing the Paypal mode, you will be redirected to the website of this company; the transaction and its security will be the responsibility of this company;
m) The Umbigo Edições, Lda. guarantees the confidentiality data provided in case of registration on the website and undertakes not to provide it to third parties;
n) The data supplied by the customer at the time of ordering will be his responsibility;
o) Prices must be understood in Euros, with taxes included, taking into account the VAT rate on the date of payment of the order.
